中國國際建筑裝飾及設(shè)計(jì)藝術(shù)博覽會(huì)(CIDF，簡稱設(shè)博會(huì))由中國建筑裝飾協(xié)會(huì)等單位主辦，于2023年5月14日在北京雁西湖國際會(huì)議中心隆重舉行。
CIDF歷經(jīng)十五年沉淀，現(xiàn)已發(fā)展成為在設(shè)計(jì)師選材、時(shí)尚生活方式、空間藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)展覽、國際創(chuàng)新環(huán)藝設(shè)計(jì)大賽、行業(yè)品牌產(chǎn)品推薦等領(lǐng)域權(quán)威、國際化程度高的年度設(shè)計(jì)盛會(huì)。
CIDF華鼎獎(jiǎng)是年度中國環(huán)藝創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)作品大賽的統(tǒng)稱，是歷屆設(shè)博會(huì)同期開展的重要的競賽單元，也是業(yè)界受歡迎的品牌獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。此獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)旨在樹立中國設(shè)計(jì)典范，是中國目前具影響力、權(quán)威的設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)大獎(jiǎng)。

香山里精品智慧農(nóng)貿(mào)市場
香山國際位于湖南郴州宜章縣，總項(xiàng)目面積5500㎡，其中精品農(nóng)貿(mào)市場1000平，配輔商業(yè)街區(qū)800平，公共休憩區(qū)800平、餐飲美食2900平。項(xiàng)目位于新城建設(shè)區(qū)，周圍開發(fā)樓盤眾多，品質(zhì)較高，定位打造一個(gè)高品質(zhì)的商業(yè)街區(qū)，可滿足周圍15km居民的生活所需.
設(shè)計(jì)初期，我們到當(dāng)?shù)厝フ{(diào)查周邊情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)此項(xiàng)目所處位置有較多的小面積公寓以及大部分在售住宅面積在90-140㎡之間，年輕群體占大多數(shù)，于是我們在設(shè)計(jì)思考的時(shí)候，更多考慮的是當(dāng)下年輕人對配套商業(yè)的需求，以此為出發(fā)點(diǎn)，我們想要打造一個(gè)個(gè)性化與功能相結(jié)合的商業(yè)空間，而針對于農(nóng)貿(mào)市場，我們更是想打破常態(tài)，想改變農(nóng)貿(mào)市場在年輕人心目中”臟亂差“的印象。所以在平面設(shè)計(jì)的時(shí)候，我們就把功能分區(qū)做的很明確，空間設(shè)計(jì)上，我們想采用一些新型的材料，美觀精致的同時(shí)，也須耐看方便維護(hù)，再加入一些個(gè)性化的元素，打造一個(gè)符合年輕人審美，充滿趣味性卻又不缺乏質(zhì)感的商業(yè)空間。
Xiangshan International is located in Yizhang County,Chenzhou City,Hunan Province,with a total project area of 5,500㎡,including 1,000 square meters of fine farmers'market,800 square meters of commercial district,800 square meters of public rest area and 2,900 square meters of catering and food.The project is located in the new town construction area,and there are many buildings around it with high quality.It is positioned to build a high-quality commercial district,which can meet the living needs of residents around 15km.
In the early stage of design,we went to the local area to investigate the surrounding situation,and found that there are many small-area apartments and most of the residential areas for sale are between 90-140㎡,and young people are the majority.So when we think about design,we pay more attention to the needs of young people for supporting businesses.As a starting point,we want to create a commercial space that combines personalization with function.For the farmers'market,we want to break the normal situation and change the farmers'market for young people.Therefore,in graphic design,we make the functional division very clear.In space design,we want to use some new materials,which are beautiful and exquisite,but also easy to maintain,and add some personalized elements to create a commercial space that conforms to the aesthetics of young people and is full of fun but not lacking in texture.
