  The building structure of the project is a frame structure,with a construction and renovation area of about 24,147.8 m,a total underground construction area of 11294.1 m2,a total aboveground construction area of 12,853.7 m,three floors underground and nine floors above ground,with a building height of 36.6m,of which the decoration design area is about 12,054 m.

  According to the overall structure of"police service center,center supporting brain,and brain commanding operations",we adhere to the problem orientation,and design the three centers of stability risk prevention and control,synthetic investigation and network-related crime investigation as the traction,so as to form a basic environment of synthetic operations with eight departments,such as intelligence center,criminal investigation,technical investigation,network security,big data,map investigation,general insurance and science and technology department,as a whole,so as to meet the integration requirements of synthetic operations.
  我們通過探尋“山海之城”的城市文脈，把一座城市的精神，以藝術(shù)的角度把自然與人文符號(hào)進(jìn)行提煉，以獨(dú)特、新穎、前衛(wèi)的設(shè)計(jì)手法，來展示科技智能有連云港特色的大數(shù)據(jù)信息化合成作戰(zhàn)中心大樓。
  在設(shè)計(jì)立意上突破傳統(tǒng)、大膽創(chuàng)新，不僅體現(xiàn)國家政府機(jī)關(guān)的形象，同時(shí)展現(xiàn)連云港是“江蘇省歷史文化名城、海上絲綢之路”的氣魄與氣質(zhì)，結(jié)合連云港市是一座“山、海、港、城”相依相擁的城市，設(shè)計(jì)把城市精神與地域特色相結(jié)合，做到特色鮮明與功能科學(xué)相得益彰的室內(nèi)空間。
  By exploring the urban context of"City of Mountains and Seas",we refine the spirit of a city and natural and humanistic symbols from an artistic point of view,and show the big data information synthetic combat center building with scientific and technological intelligence and Lianyungang characteristics with unique,novel and avant-garde design methods.
  Breaking through the tradition and making bold innovations in the design concept not only reflects the image of national government agencies,but also shows the boldness and temperament of Lianyungang as a"famous historical and cultural city in Jiangsu Province and the Maritime Silk Road".Combined with the fact that Lianyungang is a city with"mountains,seas,ports and cities",the design combines urban spirit with regional characteristics to achieve an indoor space with distinctive features and functional sciences that complement each other.
